REPAIRS AND POLICY
* A NOTE TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS *

PLEASE READ!!

OUR REPAIR TIME IS RUNNING ABOUT  6 MONTHS. This is a estimated time.
We Are Sorry For This Delay Time But We Have Many  Repairs Coming In Every Day.
We Are Doing The Best We Can Under The Circumstances.  Some Repairs Take Much Longer Than We Sometimes Anticipate.
Our Intention Is To Provide You With The Best Repair Service On Your Equipment By Taking The Extra Time To Make Sure Your Repair Leaves Here In Perfect Working Condition.
We Will Not Sacrifice The Time It Takes To Make This Possible.
We stock most parts, but sometimes when we need to order a part for your repair, the repair may take longer than anticipated, this also applies to units that have been butchered.
REPAIRS ARE GENERALLY DONE IN NUMERICAL ORDER,
But occasionally, due to certain circumstances, we will take repairs out of sequence.
We try to to repair our warrantees ahead of time, as this is one perk that we offer if the radio was purchased from us.
If you ship your repair to us, please fill out a REPAIR REQUEST FORM
This will help expedite your repair. THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR REPAIR TICKET STUB OR NUMBER IN A SAFE PLACE. This is the only way we can identify your equipment quickly.
If you phone us about the status of your repair we will need this ticket number for identification.
Your name, equipment make or model, the date that you sent it in, are NOT sufficient. This also applies for walk-in repairs.
When your repair is completed you will be notified VIA Post Card as to the completion date and cost of your repair.
For people who ship their equipment to us, we will notify you by E-mail, telephone and or a post card.
You will have 30 days to pick up your repair from the notification date on the Post Card that was mailed to you.
If, for any reason, you can not pick up your equipment please call and notify us so we can make arrangements. E-mails NOT Accepted!
After the 30 day limit the repair will be sold for the total repair cost, not the equipment's value.
If there is financial hardship, please inform us ASAP, so we can make arrangements for a payment schedule.
